• You will be responsible for the operational procurement of key spare parts for the planned maintenance of sophisticated vehicle ranges and complex assemblies
• You will also be responsible for the targeted procurement of external services for current and future maintenance programmes
• Furthermore, you will oversee the proactive prevention and rapid resolution of supplier bottlenecks to safeguard the internal value chain
• Managing a seamless missing-parts management system to ensure that all necessary assembly capacities are maintained at all times is also part of your daily responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support operational stock control and work on the sustainable optimisation of all stock levels
• Furthermore, you will support the related areas of materials management with cross-process issues and strategic projects
• You will work closely with Production to ensure optimal output in terms of completion
• Finally, you will be responsible for regular coordination with Order Management in the relevant product area of Maintenance to optimise processes

• You have successfully completed further training to become a Purchasing Specialist (m/f/d) following a commercial apprenticeship as an Industrial Clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale clerk (m/f/d)
• you also have solid professional experience in purchasing within a manufacturing company, as well as a keen eye for figures
• you stand out thanks to your confident proficiency in standard MS Office applications and in-depth user knowledge of the SAP MM module
• You have native-level written and spoken German, as well as business-fluent English for day-to-day communication
• Furthermore, you possess strong negotiation skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to work, combined with a strong hands-on approach
• Your structured and independent way of working enables you to organise complex technical procurement processes efficiently at all times
• You impress with your confident manner, are able to cope with high pressure and always maintain a clear overview, even when the workload is heavy
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
