• You are responsible for the operational procurement of technical equipment and consumables and consistently monitor all delivery deadlines in the dynamic event technology project business
• You research current market prices and independently negotiate conditions with partners:
• you negotiate conditions with partners and conduct target-oriented purchasing discussions to ensure an economical supply of materials
• you regularly analyse relevant market information and actively work on the future-oriented development and practical implementation of global procurement strategies for our client company
• the professional maintenance of long-term relationships with international suppliers is just as much a part of your area of responsibility as the active management and evaluation of the respective supplier satisfaction
• close coordination with the internal specialist departments characterises your day-to-day work, while you ensure that all relevant article master data in the system is always up to date through precise data maintenance
• you actively support the team in optimising internal procurement processes, taking into account the specific requirements for the high quality and availability of modern event technology

• Completed commercial training as an office management clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d) forms your sound professional foundation
• You already have sound professional experience in purchasing or materials management, Ideally, you will have already gained some initial experience in complex event or media technology
• A sound knowledge of common IT applications and routine in using modern merchandise management systems, preferably easyjob software, will make you particularly suitable for this technical position
• You will have a native level of written and spoken German and a good command of English for professional communication with our international suppliers and partners:inside
• you have a high level of negotiating skills, assertiveness and a strong service orientation in dealing with internal and external customer target groups
