• You will carefully and precisely calculate and prepare quotations for maintenance, repairs or spare parts
• Process customer orders in full - from recording to tracking on-time execution
• As a contact person for customers, you will answer detailed questions about specifications or delivery conditions for loading solutions
• You will liaise closely with internal departments such as engineering or assembly, to ensure smooth processes
• You reliably document and maintain customer and order-related master data in the system, e.g. in the ERP software

• You have a commercial apprenticeship with a basic technical understanding or a technical apprenticeship with commercial knowledge
• You have already gained professional experience in quotation or order processing
• You are confident and experienced in working with common ERP systems (e.g. SAP and MS Office). SAP) and MS Office
• Ideally, you have knowledge of foreign languages
• You are competent, friendly and service-oriented when dealing with customers
• You act independently and in a structured manner and maintain an overview even with several parallel processes
