• In your role, you will draw up, maintain and evaluate risk assessments and risk analyses for machinery and technical products, including the identification of appropriate measures in the field of specialised machine construction/complex optical measurement and analysis systems
• you will be responsible for preparing and updating CE documentation, as well as providing support with conformity assessment and CE marking
• you will work with the WEKA CE Manager
• you will research and apply relevant standards, directives and legal requirements
• you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation
• in consultation with the relevant departments, you will draw up operating instructions, declarations of incorporation and other product-related documents in German and English
• you will liaise with Development, design and quality assurance
• you are responsible for the structuring, maintenance and quality assurance of technical documentation
• you will contribute to the further development of processes in the areas of product safety and documentation

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship, a technical degree or hold a comparable qualification
• but career changers (m/f/d), you are very welcome
• Excellent written and spoken German and English, as well as a valid work permit, round off your profile
• You have practical experience in technical writing and a good writing style
• You have experience in preparing risk assessments/risk analyses, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering
• Knowledge of CE marking and conformity assessment sets you apart
• Experience of using WEKA CE-Manager would be an advantage
• You are naturally confident in handling technical documentation and drawings
• Furthermore, you are interested in standards, directives and legal requirements
