• You will provide active support to the Command and Surveillance specialist team in the field of modern surface and underwater systems, assisting with all administrative processes
• You will also be responsible for the careful entry and ongoing maintenance of all project-related data in our client’s internal databases
• Furthermore, you will oversee the professional creation and updating of technical block diagrams for the various systems within the maritime project context
• The organised filing and structuring of all project documents as part of the document management system is also part of your daily tasks
• As part of your role, you will provide targeted support to the project teams in the creation and processing of all necessary order specifications
• Furthermore, you will support internal contacts with organisational matters and ensure the smooth flow of information within the team
• Finally, you will be responsible for the final checking and preparation of all documents and data to ensure their successful processing within the project

• You have successfully completed a technical apprenticeship as an electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or industrial electrician (m/f/d)
• You also have a sound technical understanding and some practical experience in the systematic use and maintenance of databases
• You stand out thanks to your solid knowledge of producing technical drawings, as well as basic knowledge of configuration management and quality assurance
• Ideally, your user-level knowledge of the specialist programmes E-Base and Teamcenter would be a significant advantage for this varied role
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German, a basic knowledge of English, and a security clearance of at least VS-NFD
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of attention to detail, strong teamwork skills and a high standard of quality awareness to your day-to-day work
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
