• You will be responsible for defining and designing the technical KPIs for the main system, as well as ensuring they are continuously aligned with all relevant stakeholders
• You will also be responsible for independently producing meaningful reports to measure technical performance and identify critical project issues
• Furthermore, you will oversee the determination of technical completion rates and systematically consolidate key status updates from the sub-system level right up to the overall programme level
• Your responsibilities also include conducting management review meetings to assess technical progress and generating clear KPI dashboards
• As part of your role, you will support the updating of project forecasts based on actual figures and carry out thorough root-cause analyses in the event of deviations
• Finally, you will be responsible for the early identification of technical risks in project delivery and for developing effective control measures to rectify deviations from plan

• You have successfully completed a degree in industrial engineering, engineering or economics, or hold an equivalent qualification
• You also have some relevant professional experience in project planning and project management, as well as knowledge of naval shipbuilding or additional qualifications such as Six Sigma or IPMA
• Your solid knowledge of standard MS Office applications and modern SAP systems sets you apart in day-to-day controlling
• Your business-fluent command of written and spoken German enables you to communicate precisely and smoothly with all stakeholders
• Furthermore, you bring a high level of methodological competence, a structured approach, as well as strong interpersonal skills and a strong ability to assert yourself
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
