• You analyse customer requirements and carry out the initial technical consultation
• You develop a technically and economically viable solution tailored to the requirements
• You prepare quotations and cost estimates based on drawings, parts lists and customer specifications
• You determine material requirements, production times and manufacturing costs in a transparent manner and use these to calculate prices
• You will follow up on outstanding quotations and consult with customers as required
• In consultation with the design, work planning and production departments, you will clarify technical details and feasibility
• You will carefully maintain customer and quotation data in the Salesforce CRM system
• You will attend customer meetings, trade fairs and internal meetings, representing the company’s technical interests

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), technical product designer (m/f/d) or machining mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have a technical understanding and the ability to read drawings and bills of materials
• You have experience in costing or preparing quotations in an industrial environment
• You are characterised by commercial acumen and confidence in handling figures
• You can accurately estimate material requirements, production times and manufacturing costs
• You are proficient in using MS Office; experience with a CRM system such as Salesforce is an advantage
• You are confident when dealing with customers and communicate clearly and professionally
• You have a structured, meticulous and independent approach to your work
• You are a team player, enabling you to coordinate effectively with design, work planning and production
• You have a basic spoken command of German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
