- You are responsible for the technical support of the products
- You are responsible for the creation of functional, disposition and assembly drawings as well as the associated parts lists for development, production and purchasing
- You are responsible for the preparation of the complete product-related documentation such as production drawings including parts lists, quality control drawings including test specifications, sales documentation and documents for the training programme
- You take care of master data maintenance in an ERP system
- You provide support for sales, production and purchasing. Sales documentation and the documents for the training programme
- You take care of master data maintenance in an ERP system
- You provide support to sales, customers nationally and internationally, service, production, suppliers and service providers through technical advice such as processing the scheduling documents. e.g. processing scheduling orders, selecting equipment, analysing use cases, taking measurements of existing conveyor systems, etc.
- You will provide support with product costing
Requirements
- You have completed training as a mechanical engineering technician (m/f/d) specialising in design or have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- You also have extensive knowledge of 2D/3D CAD applications from Autocad and Inventor, Adobe Illustrator, SAP Business One and MS Office applications.
- Good German and English language skills characterise you
- An independent and autonomous way of working speaks for you
- A high level of commitment and high quality standards complete your profile
