• You will be responsible for independently checking, entry and ongoing maintenance of all material master data in the ERP system, which forms the essential basis for the company’s material data management
• You will also be responsible for the precise pre-selection of spare parts in the ERP system for all newly registered materials and components belonging to our client
• You will also oversee the professional verification of CAD models to ensure they are suitable as a reliable basis for illustration panels in illustrated spare parts catalogues
• Close collaboration with Logistics Engineering and checking the completeness of all analysis results received are also part of your varied responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the independent creation of structured spare parts lists, whilst consistently adhering to all applicable specifications and internal guidelines
• Furthermore, you will create detailed illustrations from complex CAD 3D models as well as design and construction documents, taking all general requirements into account
• In addition, you will prepare and independently conduct targeted coordination meetings with internal specialist departments and external stakeholders within your area of responsibility
• Finally, you will be responsible for contributing to the preparation and quality-assured review of specific reference documents and guidance documents in materials management

• You have a degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or have completed an apprenticeship as a Technical Product Designer (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
• You also have solid initial professional experience in the field of material data management, as well as a strong technical understanding of complex interrelationships
• You stand out thanks to your initial experience as a technical writer in naval logistics, as well as practical, hands-on knowledge of the APart editing software and the ASD specifications S1000D and S2000M
• We require you to have a confident command of standard MS Office applications and modern ERP systems for this role
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German, as well as a confident command of English for day-to-day communication in an international environment
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high degree of initiative, a structured approach to work and a strong ability to carry out tasks independently
• Finally, you are a strong communicator, assertive and work extremely successfully and enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your specialist expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident of Germany
