• You will be responsible for independently calculating the costs of individual parts, welded assemblies and complete production scopes, whilst taking precise account of all relevant manufacturing costs and technical specifications
• You will also be responsible for determining all material, machinery, labour, set-up and external service costs to create transparent and cost-effective costing bases
• Furthermore, you will oversee the review of technical drawings, parts lists and specifications, as well as the targeted selection of optimal materials and efficient manufacturing processes
• The professional preparation, processing and follow-up of individual quotations for discerning customers is also part of your day-to-day tasks in the sales department
• As part of your role, you will support the carrying out of well-founded pre- and post-production cost calculations, as well as the continuous assessment of cost-effective batch sizes and machining sequences
• Furthermore, you will assist with technical clarifications with customers and liaise closely with Purchasing, Work Planning and Production

• You have successfully completed further training as a technician (m/f/d) in mechanical engineering or as a business administrator (m/f/d), as well as having successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a machining mechanic (m/f/d)
• you also have solid professional experience in costing, work planning or technical sales, as well as a strong awareness of costs
• your confident use of the SAP ERP system and standard MS Office applications sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have native-level written and spoken German to ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders and external customers
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high degree of goal-orientation, assertiveness and a structured, independent and consistently reliable approach to your work
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
