• You will independently plan, supervise and carry out complex building management projects, such as renovations, refurbishments and modernisation of building infrastructure
• You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising external project partners, architects, engineers and subcontractors in accordance with the applicable guidelines
• You will continuously monitor and manage the project budget, ensure cost-effectiveness and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
• To ensure compliance with high safety standards, you will carry out checks and inspections and formally accept work carried out
• You will support the timely preparation and ongoing monitoring of schedules and develop risk management strategies for all active projects
• You will support the facility management team in the administration and maintenance of the client’s properties, including both owned and leased premises
• You liaise directly with specialist departments, authorities, property owners and other partners, and communicate both internally and externally
• You systematically monitor measures to improve the energy efficiency and environmental sustainability of the buildings under your care
• You will professionally prepare and maintain reports and documentation on the current condition and regular maintenance of all properties
• You will continuously reconcile and maintain master data in the system

• You have successfully completed further training as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d), building on an apprenticeship as a draughtsman (m/f/d) or plant mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have several years’ professional experience as a project manager (m/f/d) or facility manager (m/f/d), preferably in an industrial setting and with budgetary responsibility
• You have a sound knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• A basic understanding of German building law, the HOAI and the VOB sets you apart as a specialist
• You have fluent written and spoken German at native speaker level, as well as, ideally, a good command of English for day-to-day work
• You impress with a high degree of customer and service orientation, as well as strong communication skills
• You enjoy working as part of a team
• You are solution-oriented and work independently, in a structured and reliable manner
• You hold a Class B driving licence
• You are willing to undertake occasional business travel within Germany
• You hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
