• You will assume overarching, cross-regional responsibility for the entire building cleaning division in the defined regions of Kassel, Niestetal, Marburg and Bremen
• You will also be responsible for providing technical support and targeted staff development for the assigned site and section managers in day-to-day operations
• Furthermore, you will oversee the structured assessment of staffing requirements and be on hand at all times to advise managers on complex cleaning-related issues
• Ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations, health and safety guidelines and hygiene regulations is also part of your daily responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support continuous quality assurance and actively optimise existing work processes directly on site at the client’s premises
• Furthermore, you will support the business management of all properties and be responsible for the independent, structured planning and smooth implementation of new set-ups
• Finally, you will be responsible for budget planning and for maintaining open and trusting communication with key contacts to successfully ensure a long-term, partnership-based collaboration

• You have successfully completed further training as a Master Craftsman in Cleaning and Hygiene Technology (m/f/d) or as a Specialist in Cleaning and Hygiene Technology (m/f/d) following a commercial or trade apprenticeship
• you also have several years’ solid professional experience in the field of glass and building cleaning, as well as demonstrable, strong leadership skills in the service sector
• You are distinguished by your confident knowledge of standard MS Office applications, as well as a strong, practical understanding of business contexts and key performance indicators
• Your native-level command of written and spoken German, as well as your strong communication skills when dealing with a variety of customers, round off your profile
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high level of commitment to customer service, a structured approach to work, assertiveness, and the essential willingness to travel to the regions covered by
• Finally, you hold a valid Class B driving licence and are characterised by a confident, always professional and courteous manner
