• You will be responsible for the further development of the Electrical Engineering division by sustainably establishing and continuously optimising all existing and future on-site operational processes
• In addition, you will be responsible for actively building long-term customer relationships, continuously monitoring relevant market trends and systematically analysing all key competitors
• Furthermore, you will foster close and trusting collaboration with the management team (m/f/d) and ensure regular coordination regarding all strategic decisions in day-to-day business
• Your varied responsibilities will also include the professional preparation of customer-focused quotations and active participation in upcoming contract negotiations
• As part of your role, you will support project and installation management whilst adhering to all internal guidelines and quality standards in day-to-day operations
• Furthermore, you will provide intensive support to new team members throughout their induction period to ensure a smooth transfer of knowledge and successful workflows
• Finally, you will be responsible for the smooth organisation and coordination of operational processes, as well as for continuously ensuring high quality in all assigned projects

• You have successfully completed further training as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d), having previously trained as an electronics technician (m/f/d) or electrician (m/f/d)
• You also have relevant management experience as well as several years’ experience in technical operations management or a comparable role
• Your solid knowledge of standard MS Office applications and your proficiency in using modern software set you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German, enabling you to communicate confidently and professionally with all stakeholders within the company
• Furthermore, you possess strong organisational and communication skills, as well as a keen enthusiasm for leading staff
• Finally, you are goal-oriented and always work independently and in a structured manner, whilst maintaining high standards of quality and a strong sense of responsibility
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
