• You will be responsible for planning and managing production and materials planning
• You will coordinate project orders to ensure they are completed on time and in line with requirements
• You will agree delivery dates with customers, suppliers and specialist departments
• Coordination with the specialist departments ensures a smooth flow of materials
• You carry out ongoing demand and stock monitoring via the SAP system

• You have completed a commercial or vocational apprenticeship and have experience in the field of scheduling
• Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in MS Office are part of your qualifications
• You have a good command of written and spoken German, and you also find it easy to communicate in English
• You are characterised by strong organisational skills and a structured, independent approach to work
• Assertiveness and the ability to work well in a team are among your strengths
