• You will be responsible for technical project procurement as well as the operational and strategic procurement of various outsourced and purchased components
• You will also be responsible for analysing current supply and procurement markets in close consultation with the relevant technical departments
• You will also oversee the initiation of procurement processes, the reconciliation of requirements, and the review and recording of quotations in SAP
• Supporting negotiations on call-off orders and framework agreements regarding quantities, prices, terms and delivery dates
• As part of your role, you will support the entire order processing workflow in SAP, including order confirmations, deadline monitoring, order amendments and detailed invoice verification
• Furthermore, you will support the processing of complaints, the coordination of replacement deliveries, as well as regular material analyses and material reconciliations in SAP and Excel

• You have a degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, or have completed an apprenticeship as an Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Business Administrator (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ practical experience in technical project procurement as well as in operational and strategic procurement within an industrial company
• Your solid knowledge of standard IT applications such as MS Office and SAP sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• Your business-fluent command of written and spoken German, combined with a good command of English, enables you to communicate smoothly on an international level
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high degree of teamwork, strong communication skills and a goal-oriented, independent approach to your work
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
