• You will be responsible for technical project procurement as well as operational and strategic procurement for assigned product groups
• You will analyse current supply and procurement markets in close consultation with the technical departments
• You will initiate procurement processes and balance requirements, prices and delivery options against one another
• During negotiations on call-off orders and framework agreements, you will provide support regarding quantities, prices, delivery terms and deadlines
• You will process orders in SAP, including order confirmations, deadline monitoring and order amendments
• You will independently carry out invoice verification for processed orders
• You will process complaints and coordinate the relevant replacement deliveries with suppliers
• You will liaise closely with technical departments to coordinate procurement requirements at an early stage
• You monitor delivery dates and take proactive measures in the event of deviations or delays
• You carefully document purchasing processes and maintain the relevant data in the system

• You have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable qualification; alternatively, you have completed a technical-commercial apprenticeship and have several years’ professional experience
• You are confident in using MS Office, IT systems and SAP
• You have a strong command of written and spoken German and English
• Reliability, the ability to work well in a team and strong negotiation and communication skills are your strengths
• Your analytical thinking, structured approach to work and a high degree of initiative round off your profile
