• You will be responsible for managing procurement for A-level clients and will act as the point of contact for all enquiries regarding raw materials
• You will also be responsible for obtaining quotations and negotiating prices and delivery terms with qualified suppliers
• Furthermore, you will oversee the processing of purchase requisitions as well as the systematic initiation, continuous monitoring and rigorous tracking of all outstanding orders
• The continuous monitoring and optimisation of stock levels, as well as all procurement and inventory management processes, are also part of your wide-ranging responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support supplier selection, qualification and development in close collaboration with the development and quality management teams
• Furthermore, you will assist with the preparation, implementation and monitoring of stock-takes, as well as the disposal of slow-moving items and obsolescence management
• Finally, you will be responsible for identifying potential savings across all business areas and for the regular maintenance of master data in the merchandise management system

• You have successfully completed a further training programme to become a Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) or Technical Specialist (m/f/d), with sound technical vocational training as an Electronics Technician (m/f/d) or Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ professional experience in technical procurement or materials management, as well as in-depth specialist knowledge of the procurement of technical products
• Your excellent proficiency in MS Office, as well as sound practical experience with ERPsystems – ideally Navision –
• Your business-fluent written and spoken German, along with a good command of English, round off your profile
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high degree of independence, reliability, a strong focus on objectives, and a structured and conscientious approach to your work
• Finally, you are a strong communicator, excel at working as part of a team, and are able to set priorities even when dealing with multiple tasks simultaneously
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your specialist expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
