• You provide technical advice to customers, drawing specifically on your electrical engineering expertise from the office
• You assess customer enquiries from a technical perspective and handle them from the initial enquiry right through to resolution
• You will cost projects and, based on this, draw up appropriate quotations
• You will plan and coordinate orders from acceptance through to completion
• You will allocate technicians and coordinate their assignments
• You manage workflows in terms of both scheduling and technical aspects to ensure projects are completed within the planned timeframe
• You are the first point of contact for staff regarding technical queries
• You liaise with customers and suppliers regarding deadlines, scope of work and deliveries
• You assist with materials and resource planning to ensure that materials and staff are available on time
• You carefully maintain order data and project documentation on the computer within the company’s IT systems

• You have completed a master craftsman’s qualification in electrical engineering (m/f/d) or an apprenticeship as an electronics technician for energy and building services (m/f/d) with further training as a technician (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have experience in costing and preparing quotations
• You have a good knowledge of electrical engineering
• You are confident using a PC and IT systems
• You hold a Class B driving licence
• You work independently and in a structured manner, and have good organisational skills
• You impress with your strong communication skills and customer-focused approach
• You excel at coordination and assertiveness when dealing with fitters, customers and suppliers
