• You will manage and coordinate technical projects in the fields of paper and film production, as well as air-conditioning and energy technology
• You will plan and carry out repair and capital expenditure measures, and monitor their implementation whilst taking budget and deadline requirements into account
• You will draw up preliminary plans for technical trades and calculate the associated costs
• You will develop concepts and studies to optimise production facilities and implement targeted process improvements
• As a manager, you will motivate and lead your project team, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and be responsible for comprehensive project documentation

• You hold a degree or a qualification as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) in the fields of electrical engineering, energy engineering or process engineering
• You have professional experience in technical project management, ideally in the paper or film industry, in air conditioning and energy technology, or in plant engineering
• You have experience in planning and implementing technical projects, as well as in using MS Office and AutoCAD
• You are characterised by strong communication skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent leadership skills, as well as a high degree of flexibility and mobility (own car), are part of your profile
• Fluency in German rounds off your profile
