• You will be responsible for the complete maintenance of existing properties and for ensuring property-related safety and order in compliance with all legal requirements
• In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating repair and maintenance work, maintenance and refurbishment work as well as the proactive management of necessary fire protection measures in the properties
• In addition, you will oversee the regular inspection of all technical systems and, if necessary, initiate immediate repair measures to ensure smooth operations
• Involvement in modernisation measures and the implementation of property inspections, including the professional documentation of all technical conditions is also one of your tasks
• as part of your work, you will support the economic planning of technical measures and consistently ensure the profitability of the projects on site
• you will also support operational claims processing in the rental properties and ensure that all incidents are recorded in the internal systems
• finally, you will be responsible for the technical correspondence with external service providers and authorities and will take over theinternal as well as authorities and take over the final acceptance of all work carried out on site

• You have completed training as a property management assistant (m/f/d), plant mechanic (m/f/d) or electronics technician (m/f/d) as a sound basis for this technical position
• you also have initial relevant professional experience in the maintenance and technical management of commercially used properties and real estate
• your confident knowledge of the common MS Office applications and ideally initial experience with SAP (RE) characterise you in your daily work
• you have a professional command of written and spoken German, to ensure smooth communication with internal departments and external service providers:
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of solution-oriented thinking as well as a pronounced time flexibility for the support of the various properties
• Finally, you are a team-oriented personality and always work reliably and independently on the continuous improvement of the technical property conditions
• In addition to your professional expertise, you also bring a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany
