• You will be responsible for the comprehensive technical management of a demanding commercial property portfolio and will reliably ensure the smooth running of all building services processes
• You will also be responsible for the professional management of external service providers and maintenance contractors within the scope of technical and infrastructural facility management
• Furthermore, you will oversee compliance with statutory regulations, relevant maintenance schedules, upcoming expert inspections and all internal guidelines
• Your responsibilities will also include the coordination and ongoing monitoring of all rectification of defects, including regular site inspections with digital documentation
• As part of your role, you will support careful budget planning and the continuous monitoring of all cost and revenue targets in building management
• Furthermore, you will support the targeted planning and efficient implementation of necessary maintenance measures, as well as the subsequent warranty management
• Finally, you will be responsible for producing specialist reports and will work closely with the commercial property management team

• You have successfully completed further training as a Facility Management Specialist (m/f/d) or an apprenticeship as a Construction Technician (m/f/d) or Building Services Technician (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ solid professional experience in the technical support and operational management of commercial properties
• Your confident use of standard MS Office applications and common property-specific management programmes sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German to ensure smooth communication with all parties involved
• Furthermore, you possess excellent organisational skills, strong communication skills and a very confident and engaging manner when dealing with all parties
• Finally, you are a team player, work independently and in a structured manner, and impress with your strong focus on solutions and customer service
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
