• You will be responsible for determining requirements and ordering materials
• You will also be responsible for compiling the necessary documents such as parts lists, drawings, etc.
• You will be in charge of comparing offers and negotiating prices
• You will be responsible for checking incoming invoices and tracking deadlines
• Maintaining master data and creating new articles and suppliers are part of your job

• You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You already have several years of professional experience in purchasing
• You are confident in using MS Office
• You are characterised by a good command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, team spirit and strong negotiation and communication skills speak in your favour
