• You will manage your clients independently and guide them through all sales-related processes, both in-house and in the field
• You will also acquire new clients and secure exciting projects
• You will handle technical and commercial enquiries and orders, both internally and externally
• You will maintain and support both existing and new clients
• You will process client enquiries with care
• You will draw up quotations and independently handle their follow-up
• You will also process orders and complaints reliably
• Checking each order and monitoring the order workflow will form part of your day-to-day work
• You will enter ERP data into the system and ensure it is kept up to date

• You have a good understanding of technical matters and, ideally, a degree in business or engineering, or have completed a vocational training programme with similar qualifications
• Experience in plastics processing would be an advantage
• You are a strong communicator and have excellent interpersonal skills, with a good command of written and spoken German
• A good command of written and spoken English is also part of your skill set
• You are confident and experienced in using standard MS Office applications
• You are motivated by the joy of working together as part of a team to contribute to success
• You work meticulously, in a structured manner and are reliable
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
