• You will handle customer enquiries regarding technical products and services
• You will provide customers with expert, solution-oriented advice on technical matters
• You will draw up quotations based on customer requirements and technical specifications
• You will coordinate and process orders from entry through to delivery
• You will liaise with internal specialist departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time
• You provide organisational and technical support for ongoing customer projects
• You maintain customer and order data in the system and document the processing status
• You will clarify any queries regarding quotations and orders with customers by telephone and in writing
• You will contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship, ideally as a machinist (m/f/d), or alternatively a commercial apprenticeship with an interest in and experience of the skilled trades
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German
• You enjoy interacting with customers and are a strong communicator with a solution-oriented approach
• You possess a technical understanding of products and manufacturing processes
• You are confident in using standard IT systems for order and quotation processing
• A structured and meticulous approach to your work is second nature to you
• Team spirit and reliability round off your profile
