• You will be responsible for producing technical drawings and working drawings in the fields of heating, ventilation, plumbing, refrigeration and air-conditioning for complex construction projects
• You will also be responsible for independently designing and accurately producing detailed circuit diagrams and overview diagrams in accordance with technical specifications
• Furthermore, you will oversee the professional execution of all sector-specific calculations, such as those for pipework networks, heating load, air duct network and complex cooling load calculations
• Close coordination and reliable collaboration with the Electrical Engineering department and all external project stakeholders are also part of your daily responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the ongoing development of technical standards and actively contribute to the optimisation of internal planning processes
• Furthermore, you will assist in the preparation of comprehensive technical documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant quality and safety guidelines
• Finally, you will be responsible for the technical review of planning documents and for clarifying detailed technical issues with internal contacts and project stakeholders

• You have successfully completed a vocational qualification as a Technical Systems Planner (m/f/d), Technical Draughtsman (m/f/d) or Plant Mechanic (m/f/d)
• you have also gained substantial professional experience in the specialist planning of building services engineering and the preparation of CAD planning documents for complex projects
• You stand out thanks to your confident proficiency in MS Office applications and your tried-and-tested practical experience with the specialist software Plancal nova
• You have business-level proficiency in German, both spoken and written, at a native level, enabling you to communicate smoothly with all project stakeholders
• Furthermore, you possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work in a team, as well as a consistently professional and customer-focused manner
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
