• You will draw up quotations for steel construction projects and calculate services, material requirements and costs in a transparent manner
• You will be involved in contract negotiations and represent the technical and commercial interests of the company
• You will advise clients on technical solutions, implementation options and the project workflow
• You will be responsible for the project: you will ensure that the deadlines, costs and quality targets agreed with the client are met
• You plan and coordinate the project workflow, from clarifying the scope of work through design and fabrication to installation
• Working closely with the design, work planning, fabrication and installation teams, you manage the relevant interfaces
• You continuously monitor deadlines, budgets and project progress, and take timely action in the event of any deviations
• You review technical documentation, drawings and specifications, and clarify any outstanding issues with clients and designers

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or a degree as an engineer (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d), design engineer (m/f/d), technical systems planner (m/f/d) or construction fitter (m/f/d) in the field of steel construction
• As an experienced skilled worker (m/f/d) with a background in steel construction, you also meet the requirements if you wish to develop your career further and feel confident in taking on the role
• You have in-depth knowledge of steel construction and can confidently read and evaluate technical documents, drawings and specifications
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to travel to construction sites nationwide, including overnight stays
• You are characterised by a structured, independent approach to work, enabling you to keep track of deadlines, costs and quality targets
• You possess strong communication and negotiation skills to advise clients and support contract negotiations
• You think commercially and can prepare clear and transparent quotations and cost estimates
• You possess the ability to work well in a team and the assertiveness needed to manage the interfaces with design, work planning, production and assembly
• A valid work permit is required
