• You will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of the technical staff in your assigned area of responsibility and will support their ongoing professional development
• You will also be responsible for the structured planning and management of all maintenance, servicing and repair work on the complex intralogistics systems
• Furthermore, you will ensure strict compliance with all statutory health and safety regulations across the entire operational area of our modern logistics centre
• Ensuring seamless data integrity across the various software solutions used is also part of your daily operational tasks
• As part of your role, you will actively support continuous process optimisation and take on challenging projects or sub-project management responsibilities on-site
• Furthermore, you will support comprehensive budget planning and cost control for all maintenance and modernisation measures at our site
• Finally, you will be responsible for close and trusting cooperation with your line manager as well as all relevant internal and external partners

• You have successfully completed further training as an industrial foreman (m/f/d) in the field of metalworking or electrical engineering, or as a State-Certified Technician (m/f/d)
• A solid vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or mechatronics technician (m/f/d) provides you with a strong technical foundation for this role
• you also have relevant practical experience in the systematic planning, control and continuous optimisation of modern, automated intralogistics systems
• you are characterised by your willingness to work flexibly in a weekly rotating two-shift system, as well as your strong procedural, analytical and technical understanding
• You have business-fluent German at native level, both spoken and written, as well as good, practical English skills for international coordination
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of strong communication skills, an empathetic personality and a thoroughly hands-on approach to daily teamwork
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
