• You will be responsible for providing product and application advice, offering bespoke solutions to a range of challenges
• You will also act as the link between customers and our sales team
• In addition, you will provide advice on our products over the phone and give information on prices and delivery times
• You will be responsible for preparing written quotations
• Taking orders over the phone and entering them into the IT system round off your role

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship, e.g. in mechanical engineering, as a master craftsman (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• You are characterised by your communication skills and a methodical and structured approach to work
