• You will be responsible for the Eset-up, operation and monitoring of a THT production line
• you ensure a smooth production process within electronics manufacturing
• you are responsible for carrying out set-up procedures as well as maintenance and repair work
• you will also analyse and rectify faults and process deviations
• the documentation and tracking of production and process data form part of your remit
• You are responsible for optimising existing processes in terms of quality, efficiency and lead time
• You provide support for improvement projects as part of the continuous improvement process (CIP)
• In addition, you will act as a representative of the team leadership
• Close collaboration with Quality Assurance, Development and Production Management rounds off your role

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship, e.g. as an electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have completed further training as a technician (m/f/d) or have sound practical experience in THT manufacturing
• ideally, you have experience of working with THT processes
• Your knowledge of electronics manufacturing and your technical understanding of production plant and its maintenance are strong points in your favour
• Knowledge of German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You are willing to work shifts and to collaborate across departments
• You are characterised by your ability to work in a team, your flexibility, and a structured, solution-oriented and independent approach to work
