• You will commission devices and special systems in the factory and at customer sites worldwide
• Technical processing and support of service and modernisation projects are part of your area of responsibility
• You will work closely with product development and ensure a constant exchange of information
• You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of control system conversions and retrofit measures on customer systems
• Remote support with a focus on software (error analysis, program corrections, customer support) and solve technical challenges
• You look after your own systems in the field and are available as a competent contact person
• You take on the planning and coordination of larger service assignments and hall pipework, as well as support with maintenance contracts
• You create technical documents, parts lists and specifications, to ensure a clear overview
• Documenting all service and commissioning work carried out in a complete and structured manner
• Maintaining and developing knowledge databases is also part of your job
• Writing comprehensible instructions for representatives, customers and service technicians to ensure sustainable knowledge

• You have completed training as a technician (m/f/d) in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics or a comparable qualification
• You are well versed in PLC programming, you can independently develop control systems and analyse errors
• You are confident in using SAP and common Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook). Word, Excel, Outlook)
• You have a very good command of spoken German and a good command of written and spoken English - international communication is easy for you
• You are willing to travel worldwide and have cultural understanding in an international environment
• You are characterised by your quick perception and strong initiative
