• In your role, you will carry out visual and functional tests as well as acceptance tests on electrical installations in the low-voltage and on-site power supply sectors, and on building services components, thereby ensuring quality
• You will provide support
in the professional integration of new components into existing system structures and the existing control systems
• You will check installations and system parameters in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and smoke extraction
• You will assist with commissioning, carrying out visual inspections and functional checks
• You will carry out regular maintenance on air-conditioning and smoke extraction systems
• You will check that plumbing, water and drainage installations are carried out to a professional standard
• You will carry out visual and leak tests as part of building handover procedures and maintain sanitary facilities and drainage systems in accordance with specifications
• You will assist with functional and communication tests for building automation systems; you will also monitor the work and coordinate various trades and external contractors

• A successfully completed technical apprenticeship, together with further training to become a master craftsman or technician in the fields of building services engineering, utilities engineering or electrical engineering – or a comparable qualification – forms the basis of your background
• You have already gained several years’ relevant professional experience in building services engineering projects within the construction, industrial or energy sectors
• You have a sound knowledge of IT and are confident in using standard MS Office applications and technical software solutions
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Working shifts as required by the business is not an issue for you
• You are characterised by strong teamwork skills and a high level of reliability when coordinating trades
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid residence permit
