• For deliveries and prescriptions, you make contact with patients and carers by telephone
• You support the specialists with your careful work when billing prescriptions
• You process incoming mail efficiently
• Scan and file receipts professionally
• Insert letters and cover letters reliably
• After your induction, you will take care of customer master data maintenance and create new customers based on the prescription

• Ideally you have commercial experience or relevant training (e.g. office management assistant (m/f/d))
• You are also very welcome as a career changer (m/f/d)
• You will impress in your day-to-day work with your solid MS Office skills
• You are confident in your use of the German language
• You are characterised by your ability to grasp things quickly
