• You look after customers:
• You provide customers with reliable support and ensure that they feel they are in good hands - no sales, just support
• In the case of telephone or written enquiries, you ensure that customer and master data is recorded and maintained quickly and correctly
• In addition, you provide information on topics relating to payment transactions, for example on transfers or account balances
• You carefully document all transactions so that information remains traceable at all times
• In addition, you forward customers to the responsible departments by telephone and ensure smooth processes

• You are welcome to bring experience from a similar field, but it is not a must
• Good PC skills are one of your strengths
• With your service-oriented personality, you are friendly and professional
