• You are the friendly voice on the phone and make sure that customers feel well looked after at all times
• You are responsible for processing telephone and written enquiries quickly and accurately and maintaining customer and master data
• In addition, you provide information on topics relating to payment transactions such as transfers and account balances
• You are responsible for documenting all transactions so that everything always remains traceable
