Job description
- You will be responsible for providing telephone support and advice to customers and ensuring seamless communication
- In addition, you will be responsible for the qualified processing and documentation of all incoming customer enquiries within the IT systems
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for entering customer orders and accompanying the entire process through to successful administrative processing

Requirements
- You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or e-commerce clerk (m/f/d)

- You have a sound knowledge of the common MS Office applications and experience with modern ERP systems.systems characterise you professionally
