• You play an active role in the strategic development of the test field and ensure that quality assurance, conformity assessment and technical approvals are managed centrally
• You take responsibility for the technical and disciplinary management and further development of the test field team and manage around five employees
• You plan, control and continuously optimise test procedures to ensure quality, efficiency and compliance with standards, efficiency and compliance with standards
• You actively participate in the design and implementation of a structure based on ISO 17025 and establish professional working methods in the test field
• You are involved in the day-to-day business and contribute your expertise directly
• You analyse measurement results such as partial discharge measurements, DGA or other diagnostic procedures, and release them technically
• You are responsible for adherence to deadlines, optimum utilisation of testing capacities and the continuous improvement of testing processes
• You work closely with engineering, production and quality assurance and participate in technical optimisation and development projects

• You have a degree in electrical engineering or have completed further training as a master electrician and are confident in applying this
• You have several years of experience in the disciplinary management of teams in a technical environment and are confident in using this
• Founded knowledge in dealing with relevant standards and regulatory requirements of electrical power engineering and you implement them expertly
• Further training as a responsible electrical specialist (VEFK) is an advantage for you and supports you in your day-to-day work
• independently, structured and solution-orientated and demonstrate a strong analytical mindset
• You are characterised by your communication and leadership skills as well as a high level of teamwork and you actively apply these
• You bring entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and experience in project management to the table and use them in a targeted manner
