• You operate, monitor and control textile machinery, such as spinning, weaving, knitting or finishing machines
• Before production begins, you set up the machines, prepare them for operation and reconfigure them when there is a change of order
• You load the machines with yarns and other materials
• You continuously check the quality of the textiles produced and sort out any faulty goods
• If faults occur, you identify them quickly and either rectify them or report them to the relevant department
• You carry out regular cleaning and simple maintenance work on the machines
• You record production data and quantities and document them carefully
• Your observations help to optimise production processes
• At your workstation, you ensure tidiness, cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations

• Ideally, you will have experience in textile production
• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is a key asset
• You demonstrate a willingness to work shifts, including night shifts
