• You set up weaving machines in accordance with specifications and configure them for the relevant product
• During operation, you monitor the weaving machines and intervene immediately in the event of faults
• You carry out maintenance work on the machines independently according to schedule
• You carry out minor maintenance and repair work independently and rectify mechanical faults
• You monitor the manufacturing processes and ensure that production runs smoothly and without prolonged downtime
• You carry out regular quality checks on the fabric and intermediate products
• You keep your work area clean, whilst adhering to health and safety and tidiness guidelines

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), textile mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or plant and machinery operator (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you will have professional experience in textile technology or in a machinery-related field
• You are characterised by manual dexterity and an interest in technical processes
• You have a good technical understanding and can reliably identify mechanical faults
• You have a basic spoken command of German
• You are willing to work a three-shift rota
• You impress with your willingness to learn and your quick grasp of new concepts
• You work meticulously and reliably, particularly when carrying out quality checks
• A valid work permit rounds off your profile
