• You are responsible for operating the weaving machines independently
• You will be responsible for retooling and modifying the production machinery
• You will carry out product changeovers
• You will also assist with optimising quality and continuously monitoring ongoing production
• You will carry out maintenance and repair work on the machines
• Your conscientious use of natural resources and raw materials rounds off your remit

• You have completed a technical vocational training programme, ideally as a textile production mechanic (m/f/d), textile mechanic (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in the manufacturing industry, as well as practical knowledge of the textile sector, would be an advantage
• You have a good technical understanding and are manually dexterous
• You are a quick learner
• You are naturally willing to work shifts in a three-shift or multi-shift system
• Personal responsibility, a focus on quality, and strong teamwork and communication skills round off your profile
