• You carry out TIG and MAG welding on various components
• You will hard-face components with tungsten carbide to increase their wear resistance
• You will use the oxy-fuel welding process when machining metal components
• Before welding, you prepare the welds and then carry out the finishing work
• As part of quality assurance, you check the finished workpieces for dimensional accuracy and freedom from defects
• You visually inspect weld seams and document the results accordingly
• In your work, you consistently comply with the applicable health and safety regulations
• You operate and maintain the welding equipment and systems used
• You record production data and work steps using the relevant IT systems
• You read technical drawings and welding plans and implement them professionally

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a metalworker (m/f/d), construction mechanic (m/f/d) or industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have relevant professional experience in TIG and MIG welding
• You also have knowledge of tungsten carbide cladding or oxy-acetylene welding
• You have basic IT skills for recording production data
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• A high standard of quality is a matter of course for you in your work
• You work reliably and independently
• A valid work permit is required
