• You will be responsible for the manufacture and assembly of sub-assemblies and components for process and processing plant, primarily made of stainless steel
• You will also carry out TIG welding (and, where necessary, MIG/MAG) on sheet metal, tubes and vessels in accordance with drawings and manufacturing specifications
• Preparing workpieces (cutting to size, fitting, tacking/fixing prior to welding) falls within your remit
• You will be responsible for quality control and for inspecting welded joints for dimensional accuracy, leak-tightness and visual condition

• Ideally, you will have completed an apprenticeship as a plant mechanic (m/f/d), a construction fitter (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Career changers (m/f/d) with experience in the metalworking industry are very welcome
• You must be able to provide evidence of valid welding qualifications (e.g. TIG, MAG) in accordance with DIN
• Experience working with stainless steel would be an advantage
• You are characterised by manual dexterity and technical understanding
• A basic knowledge of German and a valid work permit are an advantage
