• You will carry out TIG welding work on pipework, steel structures and technical installations to a professional standard
• Following drawings and specifications, you will prepare weld seams, align components and join them together with a precise fit
• Where necessary, you will also use oxy-acetylene welding and brazing
• You will carry out repair and maintenance work on systems and system components independently
• You carry out standard metalwork tasks such as fabricating, fitting and assembling steel and pipework components
• You check your welds for visual quality and dimensional accuracy and rework them if necessary
• You prepare welding and hand tools as well as materials and keep them in good working order
• In doing so, you always observe health and safety and fire safety regulations, as well as the requirements of the work area

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a metalworker (m/f/d),

industrial mechanic (m/f/d),

plant maintenance engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• you have experience in TIG welding and brazing
• you have experience in metalworking as well as in welding pipework and steel structures
• Furthermore, you can read technical drawings and work to them
• Basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, sets you apart
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• The ability to work as part of a team, commitment, reliability and a proactive and safe approach to work are your strong points
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
