• You will weld pipework and components made from carbon steel using the TIG process, including butt welds from DN25 and with wall thicknesses from 3 mm
• You will produce fillet welds on carbon steel plates with a wall thickness of 12 mm or more using manual arc welding
• You will align components and prepare them for welding in accordance with drawings, welding instructions and specifications
• During and after welding, you will visually inspect your welds and assess them against quality specifications
• You will work in accordance with the requirements of the AD 2000 regulations and document your work results
• You set up and check welding equipment, filler materials and shielding gases
• You carry out reworking and repairs on welds
• You consistently implement safety-related guidelines and health and safety regulations in all your activities

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), a construction mechanic (m/f/d) or a pipework fitter (m/f/d)
• You hold a valid TIG welding certificate for C-steel pipes in accordance with AD 2000-HP 30 (butt weld, FM3, wall thickness from 3 mm, pipe diameter from DN25)
• you hold a manual arc welding certificate for carbon steels on sheet metal in accordance with AD 2000-HP 3 (groove weld, FM3, wall thickness from 12 mm)
• You hold the G8, G20, G25, G39 and G41 authorisations as well as the SCC certificate
• Your profile includes spoken German and a valid work permit
• You carry out welding work meticulously and reliably in accordance with specifications
• You work independently, with a focus on quality, and are a team player
