Job description
- You will be responsible for the conscientious maintenance, monitoring and continuous updating of all relevant time data and ensure complete documentation within the systems
- In addition, you will be responsible for checking absences, absences, working hours and complex special cases, taking into account the applicable company and legal regulations
- In addition, you are responsible for ensuring high data quality and the timely processing of all information as a fundamental basis for the monthly payroll runs
- Providing expert advice on questions relating to time recording, on various types of absence and general system usage is also part of your daily and responsible tasks

Requirements
- You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or personnel services clerk (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in operational time management or in a comparable position within a modern and structured HR department
- Your solid knowledge of common IT skills such as SAP HR and the MS Office package characterise you as a competent specialist in your field
