• You will regrind cutting tools such as milling cutters, drills and reamers in accordance with drawings or specifications
• You will manufacture non-cutting tools on CNC-controlled tool grinding machines in accordance with orders
• You will carry out cylindrical and profile grinding work on tools and components
• You inspect worn or damaged tools and repair them professionally
• You set up the grinding machines, clamp workpieces and tools in place, and select suitable grinding wheels and parameters
• You check dimensions, geometries and surfaces using measuring and testing equipment such as callipers, micrometres and measuring machines
• You machine components in accordance with customer specifications and document the quality results
• You record customer requirements for tooling solutions and provide support in advising on and selling the tools
• You maintain and service the machines and keep your workplace clean and safe

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a toolmaker (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), machining mechanic (m/f/d) or precision mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have experience in cylindrical and profile grinding
• You can read and understand technical drawings with confidence
• You have a basic spoken command of the German language
• You are characterised by your attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
• You work reliably and independently
• You enjoy interacting with customers and communicate clearly
• A valid work permit completes your profile
