• You will be responsible for grinding tools independently using CNC grinding machines in accordance with drawings and specifications
• You will also be responsible for operating multiple machines, as well as setting them up, setting up and operating the equipment
• Maintenance, upkeep, re-sharpening and dimensional inspection of the tools are also part of your remit
• You will be responsible for adapting CNC programmes to optimise the machining process
• You will also be responsible for checking and documenting dimensions and surface finishes to ensure quality requirements are met
• The continuous identification and implementation of opportunities for improvement in the grinding process to increase productivity and quality round off your role

• a completed technical apprenticeship, e.g. as a CNC tool grinder (m/f/d), a machining technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have previous experience of working with CNC controls
• your technical understanding is a strong point
• You have a good command of German and hold a valid work permit
• You are willing to work shifts
• You are characterised by a focus on quality, the ability to work well in a team, and a precise and independent approach to your work
