• You will manufacture and assemble new tools to a high standard, in particular complex punching, bending and progressive dies
• You will also carry out systematic troubleshooting, optimisation and prompt repair of damaged or worn tools from production
• You will machine tool components manually and using machines by milling, grinding, drilling or EDM in accordance with technical drawings
• During tool fitting, you will align the tool components and grind them to size; you will also oversee the initial test runs on the production presses

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a toolmaker (m/f/d), specialising in punching or forming technology, or hold a comparable qualification, and
• You have extensive professional experience in the construction, maintenance and repair of stamping and forming tools
• You are characterised by the utmost precision and the ability to read complex design drawings and CAD plans with confidence, and you are also proficient in the use of measuring equipment
• You have a good command of German and hold a valid work permit
• You work independently and in a solution-oriented manner, have a strong commitment to quality and are willing to collaborate with the production team
