• You set up the grinding and lapping machines for machining
• You grind and polish hard ceramic components in accordance with specifications
• You carry out in-process inspections for quality assurance
• You document any deviations and adjust the machine parameters independently
• You identify plant malfunctions independently and rectify them promptly
• You support the team with maintenance work on the plant

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a toolmaker

precision mechanic

 (m/f/d), 

industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• You must have experience in setting up grinding and lapping machines
• You hold a setup certificate or equivalent setup qualification
• You are familiar with the correct use of measuring instruments such as callipers, probes and micrometres
• You are also able to read technical drawings and work to them
• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is a key strength of yours
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• The ability to work in a team, commitment, reliability and a proactive and confident approach to work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
