• You will assemble new tools and specialised machinery and actively oversee them right through to successful sample approval
• You will maintain progressive dies by servicing, repairing and refurbishing them as required due to wear and tear
• When finishing the surfaces of moulds, you ensure clean and precise results
• You fit moulds and tool components together to ensure they fit together perfectly
• You inspect and measure manufactured components using suitable measuring and testing equipment and assess their dimensional accuracy
• You are responsible for both the operation and routine maintenance of tools and machines

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a

toolmaker (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d),

industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• You have several years’ professional experience in stamping and forming technology
• You are familiar with the assembly and maintenance of tools, progressive dies and specialised machinery
• Experience in deburring and surface finishing of moulds is second nature to you
• You are proficient in inspecting and measuring components using standard measuring and testing equipment
• You are also able to read technical drawings and work to them
• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, sets you apart
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• The ability to work as part of a team, commitment, reliability and a proactive and confident approach to your work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
