• You will manufacture new punching and forming tools and assemble them in accordance with drawings and specifications
• Once completed, you will carry out sample runs on the new tools, test their functionality and adjust them for efficiency and dimensional accuracy
• You carry out regular maintenance on the tools and perform precise repairs to ensure they remain durable and efficient
• You work independently with Bihler and progressive dies, setting them up for production use
• You identify wear parts at an early stage, replace them and manufacture spare parts as required
• You machine tool components by milling, grinding, drilling and filing, and fit them with precision
• You check the dimensions and quality of tools and sample parts using standard measuring and testing equipment
• You analyse faults in the stamping and bending processes and use your specialist knowledge to help optimise production processes
• You document the results of maintenance, repairs and sampling in a traceable manner

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a toolmaker specialising in punching and forming technology (m/f/d), a toolmaker (m/f/d) or a precision engineer (m/f/d)
• You have at least 3 years’ professional experience in stamping and bending technology
• You have in-depth knowledge and skills in the field of stamping and bending technology
• You have experience with Bihler and progressive dies and use your specialist knowledge to optimise our production processes
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• You work independently and take ownership of your tasks, demonstrating initiative
• You drive our projects forward with reliability and a strong work ethic
